Employer-sponsored coaching for leaders stepping into greater responsibility.

Corporate Coaching is designed for organizations investing in leaders who are recently promoted, new to a role, preparing for greater visibility, or ready to strengthen how they lead, communicate, and execute.

This is not coaching for the leader in “trouble.”

It is a strategic investment employers make in high-potential and high-performing leaders who would benefit from outside perspective, structured support, and practical coaching as they align with the expectations, culture, communication style, and goals of the role.

For many leaders, the challenge is not capability. It is timing, tone, perception, presentation, prioritization, and learning how to lead with clarity while managing the pace and pressure of a more visible position.

Corporate Coaching gives the leader a confidential space to think, prepare, practice, and improve — while also giving the sponsoring executive, supervisor, or board chair a clear process to align goals and track progress.

Employer-sponsored coaching for leaders the organization wants to strengthen, support, and retain.

I have been retained by hospitals, law firms, technology companies, and professional service organizations to partner with leaders during moments of growth, transition, visibility, and expanded responsibility.

Each engagement begins with a collaborative agreement around the focus of the work. From there, the leader has a private, strategic space to share their perspective on what is working, where support is needed, and where conversation, collaboration, tools, or outside perspective can create meaningful progress.

This is not corrective coaching.

It is an investment in capable leaders who are stepping into a higher level of expectation, influence, communication, and performance.

In many engagements, the progress after eight sessions is significant enough — in outlook, delivery, confidence, and engagement — that clients continue with monthly coaching for sustained leadership growth.
