Weekly 1-hour sessions over eight weeks (with up to twelve weeks to schedule), so you have enough time to build, test, and refine your approach while staying in motion.

Work on your leadership brand: how you describe your work, the problems you solve, and the value you bring to an organization. This becomes the throughline across your CV, LinkedIn, outreach, and interviews.
Interview rehearsal
Structured interview rehearsal tailored to your target roles, including behavioral, situational, and executive‑level questions. You’ll practice how you think out loud, frame decisions, discuss failures, and communicate impact.
CV and LinkedIn review
