Employer-sponsored coaching for leaders stepping into greater responsibility.
This package supports leaders as they improve perception and portrayal, strengthen executive presence, navigate leadership expectations, and better align their communication, decision-making, and presence in the role.
The employee receives private coaching support between sessions, while the sponsoring executive, supervisor, or board chair has two brief alignment sessions to clarify goals, expectations, and progress.
Includes: Eight 60-minute private coaching sessions, two 30-minute leadership or board chair alignment sessions, and between-session access for the employee.
