The Launch. Coaching Package for Recent Graduates and Emerging Leaders.
You did everything right. You put in the work, earned the degree, and stepped into a job market that doesn't reward preparation the way anyone told you it would.
The applications go out. The inbox stays quiet. The interviews come, and then nothing.
This is not a reflection of your ability. It is a reflection of what you haven't been taught yet.
The Launch — Career Coaching for New Graduates & Emerging Leaders
The Launch is a six-session coaching engagement built for recent graduates and emerging leaders who are ready to stop guessing and start moving. I built it because I have spent twenty years on the other side of the hiring table — writing the job orders, reading the files, and making the calls. I know exactly what breaks a candidate's chances before they say a word in the room. And I will tell you.
This is not career counseling. It is not a resume service. It is a direct, structured engagement designed to give you the insider knowledge, the professional platform, and the interview command that turns qualified candidates into hired ones.
I have lived on both sides of this- A note from Nicole
I am a founder, an executive recruiter, and a mother of three. One of my children graduated from Fordham University. One graduated from Columbia University. My third attended Summer Session at the Naval Academy in Annapolis in high school, looked at the traditional path in front of him, and made a clear-eyed decision that it wasn't his. And, he built a portfolio career on his own terms.
I have placed more than five thousand professionals across forty-seven states. I have also sat across the kitchen table from my own children at exactly the moment you or your graduate is standing in right now. I know what it costs a family to invest in a great education. I know what it feels like to watch someone talented and prepared struggle to translate that in a room. And I know — from both sides of that table — exactly where the gap is and how to close it.
That is what The Launch is built on. Not theory. Not a framework I read about. Experience. Mine. All of it.
Who This Is For
The Launch is built for a person early in their career and wanting everything the world has to offer.
The recent graduate who did everything right and is still waiting for it to translate. The emerging leader in their first or second role who knows they're capable of more but hasn't found the language or the strategy to prove it yet. The early-career professional looking to pivot — who needs a story that makes the change an asset, not an explanation. And the candidate who is getting interviews but not offers — who knows something is breaking down and needs someone to tell them exactly what it is.
If you are a parent reading this, if your graduate came home with a strong degree and a quiet inbox, this is the investment that changes the trajectory.
I have lived this. I will tell your child the truth — with the same directness and care I brought to my own.
After You Book
You'll receive a New Client form through Assembly to complete before your first session. Come prepared to talk about where you are in your search, what's working, and what isn't. I will review your resume and LinkedIn profile before we meet, so our first hour goes straight to strategy.
The work is direct. The sessions are structured. The access between sessions is real — not a portal, not a chatbot. A founder, CEO, and Mother.
What do we cover? Six sessions over eight weeks, each one built around what hiring managers and executives actually look for.
What We Cover — Six Sessions Over Eight Weeks
Session One — The Recruiter's Lens
We start where most candidates never do — inside the hiring process. I will show you exactly how recruiting works, what ATS filters eliminate before a human ever sees your file, and what gets a resume read in under ten seconds. We review your current resume and LinkedIn profile together and begin the reframe. By the end of this session, you will understand the market you are actually in, not the one you were told about.
Session Two — Build Your Professional Platform
This session is about positioning, not polish. We complete your resume rewrite, overhaul your LinkedIn profile, and build the personal brand architecture that makes you findable, credible, and compelling before you ever send an application. You are a product. This session builds your pitch deck.
Session Three — Interview Mastery I: Own Your Story
Before we meet, you will record a one-way video interview on your own — the same format most companies use before they invite you in. You will watch it back. You will see exactly what a hiring manager sees. We spend this session on your narrative — behavioral questions, the STAR method, how to talk about money, and how to answer "tell me about yourself" in a way that closes the room. We rebuild your answers from the ground up.
Session Four — Interview Mastery II: Live Fire
This is the session most clients remember longest. We conduct a full mock interview over Zoom, recorded so you can study your own delivery, your energy, your presence, and the moments you leave opportunity on the table. Real questions. Real pressure. Honest feedback delivered in writing after we finish. Most people have never watched themselves interview. It is uncomfortable. It is also the single fastest way to close the gap between where you are and where you need to be.
Session Five — Navigating Professional Politics
This is the session no one else offers and every workplace demands. Managing up, reading the room, peer dynamics, how to use email without undermining yourself, and how to build presence and credibility from day one. The unwritten rules that determine who gets promoted and who gets passed over. You will leave with a professional politics playbook that is yours to keep and use for the rest of your career.
Session Six — Land It: The Offer, The Onboarding, and Day One
We close with the finish line. How to evaluate an offer, how to negotiate with confidence without jeopardizing the relationship, and how to build a ninety-day plan that makes you unforgettable before your first performance review. You will also leave with email access to me through the end of your engagement and a signed copy of The Hire — because the conversation doesn't end when the offer is signed. It's just beginning.
Each session builds on the last — by session six, you have watched yourself interview, rebuilt your narrative, learned the politics, and practiced the negotiation. The real interview should not be the first time you’ve done this.
