Summer Session is four focused coaching sessions built for the leader who is ready to stop circling and start moving. No prescribed curriculum. No agenda set in advance by anyone but you. This engagement belongs to you entirely — the direction, the focus, the work. You bring what matters most. We build from there.

Maybe this is the summer you get serious about the job search you have been putting off. Maybe there is a promotion you have earned and haven't asked for. A pivot you keep talking yourself out of. A new business that has been living in the back of your mind long enough. Or maybe it is simpler than all of that — you want to feel something different on Monday morning. You want to lead differently. You want to look at your career and recognize it as something you chose with intention rather than something that happened to you.

What I bring to every session is twenty years of placing executive leaders in the United States, Mexico, the United Kingdom, and Australia. which means I know what the market looks like right now, and exactly how to position you inside it. I will be direct, honest, and entirely focused on what you actually want. Not what makes sense on paper. What would you build if you gave yourself permission?
