Session One is the entry point for all new clients. This focused, one-hour session is designed to assess your current situation, identify gaps, and determine a clear path forward.

We will review your priorities, challenges, and objectives across your career, leadership, or job search. You will leave with direct, practical next steps and a clear understanding of where to focus your time and energy.

This session also ensures alignment on whether ongoing coaching is the right fit.

After Booking

You will receive a confirmation email with scheduling details. Please come prepared to discuss your goals and any immediate decisions or challenges you are navigating.

This session is direct, structured, and designed to create clarity from the start.

Executive Coaching Session – 1 Hour and 7 days of engagement

A focused, high-value session designed for existing clients who need clarity, direction, or decision support in real time. This is a working session—not theory. We use the hour to assess your current situation, identify what matters most, and move quickly toward practical next steps.

Whether you are navigating a leadership decision, refining your positioning, preparing for an interview, or addressing a complex workplace dynamic, the session is structured to deliver clear outcomes and immediate traction. Expect direct feedback, strategic perspective, and actionable recommendations you can implement right away.

Your session includes 7 days of follow-up support via email or text to ensure continued momentum, accountability, and refinement as you execute.

16-Week Development Engagement

Program Structure

12 One-on-One Coaching Sessions
60-minute sessions delivered over 16 weeks, typically on a weekly or bi-weekly cadence to maintain momentum and ensure accountability.

3 Stakeholder Alignment Sessions

  • Initial Session (Week 1): Three-way meeting with sponsor, coachee, and coach to establish development objectives, define success metrics, and align expectations

  • Mid-Point Review (Week 8): Progress check-in to assess trajectory, recalibrate goals, and address any emerging needs

  • Closing Session (Week 16): Final debrief with documented outcomes, next steps, and recommendations for sustained development

Assessments
Assessment tools and methodologies will be determined based on development objectives and organizational needs.

Options may include 360-degree feedback, psychometric evaluations, stakeholder interviews, or behavioral assessments.

Continuous Support
Engagement via email or text included.

Deliverables

  • Written Individual Development Plan co-created with the coachee

  • Progress documentation aligned to organizational objectives

  • Executive summary report for the sponsor at program conclusion

  • Ongoing communication with sponsor regarding development trajectory (within confidentiality parameters)

Confidentiality Framework

All coaching session content remains confidential between coach and coachee.

Progress toward agreed development goals is reported to the sponsoring organization.

The coachee reviews and approves any written materials shared with leadership.
