Confidentiality & Search Process
Are Hunter Ambrose searches confidential?
Most are. The majority of our engagements are confidential and managed through targeted outreach and referral. Select roles may be posted publicly based on client preference, urgency, or market visibility requirements. Roles are shared only when it strengthens the search—and never at the expense of discretion or candidate privacy.
How are candidates considered?

What is the interview timeline?
Decisive. Approximately 90% of our C-suite searches are completed within 100 days, with most hires starting within 30–45 days. Timelines are client-driven. Candidates are expected to be responsive, prepared, and able to move efficiently.
